Standard Cancellation Timeline:
- Cancellations made 40 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 20-39 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 20 days prior to the arrival date will not be refunded.
No-Show Policy:
Guests who do not arrive on the check-in date without prior notice will forfeit the total booking amount.
Amendments:
- Changes to bookings (e.g., date changes) can be made up to 15 days before arrival, subject to availability.
- An administration fee may apply for amendments.
Special Circumstances:
Refunds or changes due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, travel restrictions) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Proof may be required.
Refund Processing:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
